Corporate Strategic Management is a systematic process, which targets to help a company grow healthily and continuously in a flexible and environment-oriented decision scenario with a reasonable profit. Such a complicated task is the most important and difficult question. For a growing company within our almost perfectly competitive market to escape from danger and traps and to achieve success, it has to execute quickly and efficiently. How can a company implement a successful Corporate Strategy Management process? How can a company achieve market differentiation, develop core competence, and maintain a continuous competitive advantage and to grow healthily?This article tries to answer the above questions through the analysis of empirical data from growing companies in China. Basic knowledge regarding common corporate strategy management and process are assumed, I will not repeat the basic concept in this article, and our main focus will be on the analysis of the empirical data. The content is divided into five parts, separately named as "Exordium, Important Issues about Growing Companies, Strategy Making for Growing Companies, Strategy Implementation for Growing, and Peroration". In the part of Exordium, the writer introduces the concept of a growing company, demonstrates the necessary of the strategic management for growing companies, analyses the environment where the middle or small size companies in China grow up, describes the way the writer research mentioned questions, and shows what strategic questions will be discussed in this article. In the part of Important Issues about Growing Companies, the writer analyses the issue of strategic analysis, discusses the growing companies' typical problems, and shows the chances that growing companies face. In the part of Strategy Making for Growing Companies, the writer analyses the traps growing companies usually face, describes the basic rules of strategy making, shows the emphasis of strategic management, and gives the suggestion on strategy making. In the part of Strategy Implementation of Growing Companies, the writers focuses on the relation between strategy implementation and core competency, discusses some rules and obstacles during the implementation process, describes the key elements of strategy implementation, put forward four issues of dynamic competition,development financing, systematic thinking, company informatization. In the part of Peroration, the writer simple reviews the content of this article, makes several conclusions of the major ideas of the article, and make a supplementary description of Strategy Evaluation. At last, there is something the writer considers beyond this topic. The topic is open, so what is written in this article is not enough to describe strategic management for growing companies.
