The purpose of this article is to estimate the suitable distribution and production that Chinese direct investment on ASEAN should go for. The creativity of this article is that it uses a new way to evaluate the structure and recognition of figures of the modeling system. The methods that are used in this article include positive study, case study and Delphi study. The article uses the reasonable parts in the international investment theory as references, analyzes the specific strategies and situations that China takes on its international investment. Also, the author uses APH and General Fuzzy Evaluating Method to build a comparative advantage model for Chinese multinationals, and gives some strategic advices on choosing the industry and distributions based on the case study of the success of TCL. The conclusion is that the average wage level, the infrastructure, the government's policy and its level of openness are the four key factors influencing China's investment on ASEAN. The key targets will be the industries of comparative advantage, short resources, high technology and the industries that is accordant with the economic structure regulating in China.
