Corporate culture is a multiplex conception constituted by many aspects. The tradition, apotheosis, religion, customs, habit, heroism and corporate culture that it contains can not be dissociated from the social culture. It plants a root in the whole social culture and has been branded with the social culture. However, it has its own particular characteristics.How to really establish the corporate culture particularly an outstanding corporate culture remains an enigma to the corporate governors.In this paper, we first introduce the conception of corporate culture and clarified the contents corporate culture contains in spirit, substance and system aspect. In spirit aspect, we summarize the common standpoint of evaluation in the enterprise, reshape the corporate strategic goal and plan the layout of the enterprise for the next three years. In system aspect, we help the company to develop its regulations and rules. The request of the corporate culture is closely linked with the training in the enterprise, including the professional and the nonprofessional training. In the nonprofessional training particularly, try to adopt vivid ways instead of the outmoded ways, such as informal activity, informal group, managing game, managing contest etc. Deliver the common standpoint of evaluation in company to the employees to exert a subtle influence on them. In substance aspect, we give advice on improving the working environment and the CI of the enterprise. We also help them build the culture broadcast network.After running for half a year, the process has penetrated the employees. The manage team is also satisfied with the result. We slightly adjust thecontent based on the suggestion from the employees and finally build a booklet called 'Corporate culture handbook' .
