During the study, the author adhered to Kirkpatrick Model combined with evaluation case study, went through catena and magazines both in Chinese and English, referred to many internal and external evaluation reports and visited some training professionals. Accordingly these material and suggestions are of great help to this thesis. The thesis is focused on one of the greatest difficulties that corporate training is facing, i.e. training evaluation. Based on Kirkpatrick's evaluation model and personal practice, the author analyzes the weakness of L1, L2 and L4 evaluation, and promotes L3 evaluation (transfer-of learning evaluation).
