And the railway-stalls have been the bottleneck of developing the whole railway transportation capacity.In order to preferably adapt to the need of the economic development, serve society, convenient customer, guarantee the product safety and transport to the destination rapidly, the railway-stall urgently needs being constructed in the future.According to the above circumstance discussed in the paper, the author try to analysis the logistics environment, discuss the development of logistics industry in the current domestic market, and estimate the logistics requirement ofthe attracted-scope area to the railway-stall. Then the author puts forward five railway-stall construction projects: multi-type railway-stall, modern store base, distribution center, synthetic logistics district and synthetic wholesaling. And the paper evaluated competitiveness of the five projects, so draw a conclusion that every project is not perfect, but have their advantages and defects. Besides, considering the society, economics and traffic surroundings, the paper compares every project, selects the good project, and estimates the investment of the project, the ways of fund collection, financial evaluation and national economics evaluation.At last, the paper takes the Chengdu West Reailway-stall for instance, discusses the feasibility study of the example, and draws the conclusion of the feasibility of changing the railway-stall into logistics district.
