Study Of Logistics Strategies Alliance And Railway Development

Modern logistics is the result of social production development in a certain period. Its engendering and development depend on special environment and conditions. Building a logistics alliance is one of the ways for an enterprise to improve its logistics system, especially for railway logistics.According to the meaning and essence of logistics alliance, this paper points out that the appearance of logistics alliance is an innovation in enterprise system and analyzes the relationship between information technology and logistics alliance then points out the problems when applying information technology in logistics enterprise and gives the countermeasure. At the same time, the author carries through the choice method research of railway logistics alliance partnership, and gives the evaluation standard and index system. This paper analyzes the railway liquidation system and the risks of railway logistics alliance. Finally, the railway logistics strategies are prospected.
