Construction project supervision has been pushed for more than 10 years in the field of construction. It has important function in project construction and gets a great success. Now project supervision has formed the trade scale and set up a system of construction supervision. Through the practice, project supervision sizes up the development of community economy. Project supervision is important to improving the quality of project, shortening the time limit of project, reducing the cost and increasing the investment benefit and sociality benefit.Integrating the author's actual case of project supervision, we put forward effective control to some question in project supervision as a general supervision engineer, and explored rational, efficient method.This paper aimed at the construction of a supervision institution, and method of supervision. We also analyzed some core questions in project supervision. Finally, we explored the experience of project supervision implementing and control from the case of "Qinghai Power Garden" project supervision.
