SCM (Supply Chain Management) is one of the important technologies in agile manufacturing; performance assessment is the basic in realizing optimization for supply chain and one of the main contents in advanced manufacturing technology and administration fields in the present. This dissertation focuses on several problems in performance assessment management of agile supply chain management, combined with the project sponsored by the national 863 programs (NO.2001AA414240). The dissertation is mainly concerned with several key problems in performance assessment management system, including performance assessment indices of supply chain and indices arithmetic, assessment indices system, total performance assessment of supply chain and realization of performance assessment system software etc.Chapter 1 puts forward the problems that are solved in this dissertation, study method and study production; the chapter introduces the study background of this dissertation. The chapter focuses on the present study status in performance assessment of supply chain. At last, the study content and the framework of this dissertation are put forward.Chapter 2 stresses the study on establishing the performance assessment indices system of supply chain. This chapter puts forward the theory framework of establishing the indices system; according to this theory, a universal indices system framework is proposed. On this, this chapter discusses the characters of supply chain operation of several types, gives out performance assessment indices system of every type supply chain.Chapter 3 studies the arithmetic of the importance indices of the three indices systems brought in last chapter. The data source is discussed in valuing the indices. Basic this, the realization technique is put forward in valuing indices.Chapter 4 emphasizes several key problems in total performance assessment realization of supply chain and supply chain optimization problem. This chapter analyzes the case on obtaining the weight of every index in indices system with AHP. This chapter expounds the methods in obtaining the value without dimension of indices with subjection function in faintness math. The values of indices without dimension are obtained through the max., the min. and the mean as the standard. This chapter gives the case on obtaining the value without dimension of every quantitative index in indices system. And then benchmarking is analyzed and the steps in benchmarking practice are put forward.Chapter 5 studies the design problem of performance assessment system of supply chain onemphasis. The total framework of the system and the total design thought ate put forward. According to this, the function models and database models are set forth.Chapter 6 introduces the total framework of the performance assessment subsystem of supply chain and gives the realization of subsystem.In chapter 7, all achievements of the thesis are summarized and the future research work is sketched out.
