Recently, with the rapid development of the private economy, the family business has been paid comprehensive attention. After China entered into the WTO, the problems that the family business faced in the secondary growth become the emphases once more. Especially the contradiction of the management in the family business and lack of the management resource has become focus. Under the guidance of the corporation theory, by means of demonstration analyses and standardization analyses, this paper analyze the problem of commission trouble in family business.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the literature summarization. This summarization comprises the research of family business definition and management framework, the research of the relation between the corporation owner and the professional manager and the research of family business in our country.The second part describe the development situation and the character of management framework, then estimate the performance of family business. After reformation and opening, the family business in our country scaled up, but comparatively the change of management has dropped behind. In spite of so many different opinions in estimating the performance of family business, the author consider that we should analysis the performance of family business under especial conditions. In the initial stages of family business, family organize is an efficacious corporation organize. In the course of growth, under the restriction of industry characteristic ,a few family businesses are restricted in scale. The advantage of management can't bring into play, but family organize can still show its superiority. In the industry that has sufficient scale effect, family organize will become the shackle that baffle the growth of the corporation sooner or later.The third part analyse the executing situation of commission system in family business. Based abundant cases and data, the author consider that the family business's motivation and action of breaking through the manpower capital obdurate is booming up, but family business can not trust the professional manager.The forth part explain the principle of hardness in the family business's management mode change. Firstly, the author describe the character of the professional manager and the condition of the manager market in our country. Then by means of two sides' analyzing author probe into the principle: firstly , setting up a two phases game model, analyzing the corporation owner and managers' behavior principle in condition of material situation; secondly, in the side of society culture, opening out the root of the problem.The fifth part is the countermeasure and suggestions about the compatibility of family and commission system. Considering factors including family culture , laggard manager market, feeble legal system, we have enough reason to consider that commission system is not feasible to family business at present. Comparatively, the feasible way is corporation owners and managers share the command power. Then the author discuss the division of the command power, make certain the dot of the feffective division, further more advance the way of split the difference. Then in the side of countermeasure, a few suggestion in favor of family business1 management optimizing is bring forward.The final part is summarizing of this paper.
