The Financial Credit System Research Of An Enterprise

The financial credit of an enterprise mainly refers to the capital credit, the business credit, the management credit, etc. The capital credit consists of the investment credit and the financing credit, which prescribes that the enterprise must observe the company constitution in making investments and repaying loans-the capital as well as the interest and in allocating the dividend among investors. The commercial credit prescribes that the enterprise should not produce fake goods or participate in any commercial fraud and that the goods should be supplied to the buyer on time and the payments for goods should be given to the seller as scheduled. The management credit prescribes that the enterprise should provide true and legal financial accountant reports and strictly control the quality of goods and fulfill every contract and agreement and pay all the taxes on time.In the modern market economy, with the highly developed commodity and currency relation and the expansionary economic action, complicated right and liability relation is intertwined in every section and tache of the economic activity and therefore credit is involved. However, the financial credit is severely lacking in our country and it has become an obstacle to our economic development. Therefore it is of great significance to study the financial credit and seek a solution.Based on the basic credit theory, the thesis adopts the methods of standard analysis, comparative analysis and induction to explore this problem. Starting from the importance of credit, the thesis introduces the present researches on the credit and the financial credit and sums up the connotation of the financial credit; then it analyzes the present situation of the financial credit in China and finally proposes a system to strengthen the financial credit of our enterprises.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the problem and points out the significance of the research. The second part sums up the connotation of the financial credit of the enterprise and defines its function. The third part analyzes the present situation of the financial credit in our enterprises and points out the causes for some discreditable financial actions in some enterprises. The fourth part brings forward the suggestion that we should strengthen the financial credit of our enterprises by setting up the penalty system, the reputation system, the risk prevention system, the credit evaluation system and the enterprise credit culture.
