The Yanbian Regions Improve The Modern Enterprise System

Now, the system transformation and structure adjustment of state-owned enterprises are entering a critical stage, and some deeper contradictions and problems became more and more obvious.Because of long-term influence of the traditional system, problems caused by history and repeating construction over years as well as the sharp change of market environment, quite a lot of state-owned enterprises still can not meet the requirement of the market economy, facing the problem of inflexible operation mechanism, shortage of the ability of technological innovation, great debts and social burden, personnel surplus, production struggling, low economic efficiency and having employees facing the difficulty. Only by thoroughly breakingoff the tradiotional planned economy and establishing a new Chinamodern enterprise system, can enterprises solve the above problems ultimately.Establishing a modern enterprise system is the necessity for developing socialization production and market economy. It will be the effective way to combine the public ownership with market economy, and it is also the goal of enterprises reform and the only way to activate state-owned enterprises and transform the operation mechanism.State-owned enterprises are the backbone of China national economy. In order to develop socialist productive forces and realize the industralization and modernization of our country, it must rely on and exert the main function state-owned enterprises. Under the circumstances of economic globalization and swift progress in technology, state-owned enterprises are facing more drastic market competition than ever before. Development is the main principle. Therefore, we should be fully aware of the development tendency of both the domestic and overseas economy, actually change the way economicincrease, extend development spaces, and obtain new advantage of state-owned enterprises as soon as possible.After a couple of years' discovery and practice, the enterprise reform of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture has gained a series of achievements, then under the circumstances of market economy and globalized competition, especially after China joins WTO, how to consolidate and improve these achievements? How to establish normative modern enterprise system? In my opinion, the state-owned enterprises in Yanbian Prefecture have to seize the opportunity, welcome the challenges and constitute policies and countermeasures to seek survival and development.This disertation consists of four patrs, First, introduction. Second, the analysis of exiting condition of enterprises in Yanbian Prefecture which need establishing modern enterprise system. Third, the exiting problem of enterprises in Yanbian Prefecture which need establishing modern enterprise system. Fourth, the development countermeasures study of enterprises in Yanbian Prefecture which need establishing modern enterprise system.
