To begin with, the new situation is advantageous to developing the industrialization; Secondly, the geographical situation and location is very helpful for Henan's developing industrialization; Thirdly, the basement of industrial structure of Henan is relatively self-contained. Fourthly, Henan's population is large.The mode is very important for taking a new road to industrialization, for different mode can lead to different result. To select the correct mode of realizing industrialization is necessary and essential for Henan's industrialization. According to the new situation, the government of Henan must choose hereinafter modes: first is to make the three industrial develop unisonously and to make the industry develop stronger; Second is to make the more isochronous development in the urbanization and the industrialization; Third is to make self-dependence and fetching in harmoniously; Fourth is to make the high and new technology industries and traditional industries develop together; Fifth is to accelerate the rate of employment; Sixth is to improve the modern market system; Seventh is to make the light industry and heavy industry development harmoniously; Eighth is to make the public sector of the economy and non-public sectors of the economy develop fairly fast; Ninth is to have the industrialization and the ecological environment developed harmoniously.In order to have the economy, the society, the population and the ecosystem developed together, we must take new measures with new concept thought toacclimatize new global situation. These measures are hereinafter: first is to improve thegovernment functions, and to make the surroundings favorable to developing the economic growth; The second is to press ahead to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure; The third is to implement the strategy of sustainable development; The fourth is to stick to carrying out the strategy of science and education; The fifth is to make the urbanization develop rapidly.A new road to industrialization is long and hard, and it is an only way for Henan Province to accomplish the industrialization. Only through the cooperation by government, society, all the people in the province, can such a goal of a new road to industrialization with Henan characteristics be carried out.
