In this paper, based on the trait of the modem networked enterprises and the newest progress of Internet, the author the information revolution in business and management-the application of Extranet MIS to distributing corporations:feasibility, advancement and practicality. With the strong internet language Java, We construct an stable, flexible, secure and efficient web-based estate network MIS, which satisfied the requirement of need of the estate corporation's business and the network economic era.In Chapter One, the concept, the need and the problem of the MIS are introduced. The paper also points out the certainly tendency of constructing the MIS based on Intranet.In Chapter Two, the exploited technology of the estate network MIS based on Internet-Java Server Pages is presented, which includes its working Principle, speciality and the JDBC technology. Besides, the configuration of the exploited environmentof the MIS is also given.In Chapter Three, the design of the function and the course of achievement of the estate network MIS based on Internet are introduced.
