China Unicom Heilongjiang Provincial Government E-government Extranet Reconstruction Project

The 21 st century is a period of rapid development of information technology,governments in various countries and regions also keep up with the pace of the times to strengthen the government information and electronic work.Such as building a national information infrastructure and building an e-government platform.The original Netcom Company started in 2001 in accordance with the general office of the people's Government of Heilongjiang province for the construction of e-government extranet extranet,using ATM network,invest 60 million yuan for the province at all levels of node equipment construction,so far has built a complete MPLS VPN network covering the province,13 cities and 66 counties.At the beginning of 2014,the provincial government proposed to transform the E-government extranet,using MSTP form network,one involving 50 provincial bureaus and commissions in 13 cities and provincial land reclamation bureau.The upgrading of the horizontal and city-County routes in all cities and municipalities shall be carried out by local cities.In accordance with the overall arrangement of the provincial government,the basic network of the units in our province will be gradually integrated,and no longer carry out private network construction alone.Office network will be unified on the basis of the provincial Party committee general office system business network(the future is called government intranet,is currently in cooperation with China Unicom),the external network will be unified to the province's government extranet.This paper discusses the current situation of e-government extranet in Heilongjiang Province,and makes a detailed demand analysis of the upgrading project of government extranet.Based on VPN services,in-depth study of the BGP+Mp LS provided by the IP Qo S service is put forward on the overall planning of e-government network upgrading project of e-government network;MPLS VPN isdesigned and realized;routing protocols and routing strategies for the whole network of planning and implementation,and several key technologies MPLS VPN environment OSPF MDS authentication is implemented and tested.Finally the paper summarized.
