With the market competition becoming more serious, employees' loyalty and devotion to cooperation determine the rise and fall of cooperation in great degree. The essence of the enterprise competition is the human resource competition. Therefore, it is an important and urgent task for enterprises to strengthen human resource management, perfect performance appraisal and improve the whole performance of cooperation in our country.Combining with the practical situation of a securities company and based on the theories of the modern human resource management, the dissertation has done deeply analyses and researches on performance appraisal and salary management which are the core of human resources management. A performance appraisal management process which is suitable for the characteristic of the company' s development has been brought forward based on the systemic view . The Key Performance Index measure has been used to appraise employee s' performance and a effective salary structure has been established. The advanced and scientific system structure for realization of human resources information management system has been founded.The object-oriented UML (Unified Modified Language) has been used in the system' s analyzing and designing phases. The system is based on B/S model and has been realized by Java technology. Java Application was adopted to realize the service logic. Applet and JSP were used to realize the client layer. During communicating between application layer and data layer, JavaBeans was adopted to package the API of JDBC in order to hide the bottom operation, which make the system easy to expand and more stronger. The realization of human resource management system has improved the efficiency and quality of human -resource management and enforced the competition power of corporation.
