A Study On The Behavior Of M&A In The Scale Economy

The M&A of enterprises are the economic phenomenon in modernized market economy. The scale of economies is the fundamental motivation. Under today's condition, to study the goal of scale economy has important meaning.With the globalization of economy and the development of reformation and opening, our economy suffers great concussion. How to deal with it? We should improve the power of competition. So it is important to aim at the scale of economy through M&A.In this thesis, we firstly give an overview on the theory of scale economy, such as the theory of division, manufacture and cooperation and studying the relation between the scale of economy and M&A. Then probing into the history of the Occident M&A to give us some use for reference. Last discussing the status quo of scale economy in our country, combining with case study on the auto industry's M&A to aim at the goal of scale economy.
