The Study On Economic Efficiency Of The Shenzhen Meiguan Expressway

A traffic flow synthetic analytical model is established by researching the traffic flows in the different sections of the Meiguan expressway. The concept of personal car equality(PCE)is expounded initially, which presents the direct relationship between financial analysis and traffic flow, so the financial analysis job becomes easy, further the direct relationship makes the reliability of economic efficiency higher from a viewpoint of cost. At the same time, an integrated methodology is provided to study the economic efficiency of the Meiguan expressway at the first time, and maybe it is important for the advanced investigations in the future. The data of traffic model of Meiguan expressway in the article base on 2000~2002, then using the model to annalyse the economic efficiency of 2003. As far as other years, it can use the same way to analyse.
