Research On Traffic Safety Analysis And Countermeasures Of Expressway In Mountain Areas

The development of expressway in mountain areas is a critical part of expressway construction work in China,which promotes the common prosperity and can't be replaced in the economic development of mountainous regions.However,the study on expressway in mountain areas starts relatively late in our country than other western countries,leading to a lot of potential risks on the expressway in mountain areas.And there is plenty of traffic accidents,hindering the development of mountain areas,which gradually caused the attention of the domestic experts who have also began to the study on the safety of expressway in mountain areas.These studies have made certain achievements,but still have gap with the developed countries.This paper mainly regarded expressway in mountain areas as the object of study.First of all,due to have a preliminary understanding to the expressway in mountain areas,we analyze the characteristics of expressway in mountain areas,the features and the reasons of the traffic accidents.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the expressway and on the basis of the road traffic systems which are composed of the people,vehicles,road and environment,classification of them was studied and field investigation.Then,combined with the collected road data and accident data.This paper mainly investigated and collected the statistics of road alignment,the accident data,the cause of the accident and the the specific circumstances of accident.The factors of people,vehicles,road and environment respectively are analyzed comprehensively and intensively.And put the influence factors in the actual mountainous area highway safety management.According to the data of road line shape and accidents,the safety of the expressway in mountain areas was analyzed by data mining techniques.The algorithm is improved by doing research and comparison of various algorithms.According to L1-norm and L0-norm,the linear regression models are put forward on the basis of general linear regression model.The proposed model can improve the accuracy of the model,at the same time it can choose the main variables that affect the traffic safety,which is able to realize feature selection the linear regression model based on L1-norm and L0-norm is established in this paper.These models are used to predict the safety of mountain expressway,and according to the results of analysis,the paper finds out the hidden danger road and the critical influence factors,and used for traffic management decisionmaking.At the same time,this paper did the research on the application and countermeasures of model in design stage and operation stage partly.
