Study On QHSE Integrated Management System In Oil And Nature Gas

As the trend of world economy integratived and the shortage of oil and natural gas resource , competition in oil and natural gas industy will be more impetuosity . Only graping opptunity , catering to the trend of enlarged international management system stanstard , constructing and improving integratived QHSE management system , passing the authentication of related international stanstard, Petrochina can do better to open international market and set up company's world operation system .PetroChina's fronter company set up HSE( Healthy, Security, Environment ) management system from 1997. It's the first company of china to follow development trend of HSE. Now PetroChina still monitor the development trend of international HSE stanstard . In the same time PetroChina's sub companies are actively apply authentication of other management system ,such as ISO9000, ISO14000 and so on. But from system view , PetroChina's QHSE management system still exist several questions in resource overlaped and execution power lacked.Thesis uses contrast and conclude method . Firstly, it researches the trend of QHSE management of famous international oil and natural gas company. During study ,it sets up a mathmatic function to forecase the trend of security target varity. Secondly, thesis expounds difference and improved point of QHSE through concluding QHSE management data of PetroChina and concasting them with development trend of international's QHSE. Using function got before , thesis also prognosticates security target of PetroChina. Lastly , thesis exposits rule and way of QHSE management system integrated based on contrasting related management system (ISO9000, ISO14000, OSH-MS, HSE-MS) which is used in PetroChina. And then ,it exposits strategy and measures of integrative QHSE management system base on above analyse and study.
