A Study On The Crisis Management Of Natural Disasters In Our Country

China is one of the world’s worst natural disasters the country, many kinds of natural disasters, high frequency, wide distribution and characteristics of heavy damage and caused great losses to the government to respond to natural disasters, crisis related to the stability of the state and the fundamental interests. Contemporary government in recent years, there are many problems in the crisis management of natural disasters, how to improve the mechanism of government crisis management of natural disasters, how to improve government agencies and other natural disasters, crisis management become an issue of concern to the government and academia, it is particularly important to strengthen research in this area.This paper describes the current natural disaster crisis management research status; secondly respectively defined crisis, characteristics and classification, natural disaster crisis definition, characteristics and classification introduced, combined with the basic situation of our government based on the concept of the natural disaster crisis governance are defined, and to analyze the characteristics of the necessity and the government’s crisis management of natural disasters; again by analyzing the natural disaster crisis management2008South snow ice storm,2010Yushu earthquake and the2014earthquake in three cases Ludian Government measures taken, problems and experiences; and finally against the Chinese government in natural disaster crisis management problems in build natural disaster crisis management system. Including: systems engineering methodology based on various stages, and each step in the study of natural disasters, crisis together, forming a so-called natural disasters, crisis management mode matrix, natural disaster management system to establish a government crisis.
