Bengbu Cigarette Materials Plant Quality Management System

After putting more eyes on reviewing the development progress and heat-point of quality management system (QMS), this dissertation selects the validity and efficiency of QMS, which is standing on a core position, as a main target. Then the dissertation analyses and studies the running of QMS in line of its logical phase of establishment, operation and continual improvement, along with establishing The Bengbu Cigarette Material Plant's QMS which is accorded with the ISO9001:2000 standard and can be effective operation .The type of standard has been subdivided, which is helped to initially explain the ISO9000 paradox from the view of ISO9000 standard itself. A hierarchy model is given, which is helped to explain the logical relationship of all kinds of standards located in quality management ,and to instruct the continual improvement of QMS.
