A Study Of Behavior Creterions Of Entrepreneurs

This thesis summarizes some of the western entrepreneurs' virtues and sets a high behavior criterion for Chinese entrepreneurs through the contrast between Chinese entrepreneurs and Western entrepreneurs. This thesis also demonstrates the problem of establishing Credit System in China. Perfection of system, perfect society "moral project" and government control function will lay a solid foundation for Chinese enterprises to win the international competition.This thesis introduces the concepts of entrepreneur and behavior criterion and the relationship of behavior criterion and culture in the first chapter; The next two chapters introduce the present condition of the Chinese entrepreneurs with reason analysis; The fourth chapter concerns behavior criterion in common western people's opinion (accurately based on Holy Bible); The fifth chapter sets up a entrepreneurs performance analysis and assessment model with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method; The last three chapters demonstrate the possibility and necessity for establishing Credit System in China, and present my own opinion and analysis to enhance behavior criterion of Chinese entrepreneurs. The analysis result has a certain theoretical value and practical value for improving the entrepreneurs' inner heart state and social reputation appearance.
