This thesis introduces the meanings,features and foundations of E-marketing,then analyzing the present situations of E-marketing and existing problems in it. On the basis of the introduction to the present E-marketing models and its limitations ,this thesis puts forward how to solve these problems existing in the present E-marketing in China, that is ,to set up the E-marketing models based on the residence district. In addition to introducing the stages of the model development and the E-marketing schemes of every stage,this thesis discusses the constructing processes of the network models based the residence district both theoretically and practically.This thesis plays the role of an initiator in putting forward the E-marketing models based the residence district and its three developing stages,including the independent network marketing district based on the LANs(LAN,Local Area Net),metroplitan area network marketing stations and intercity electronic business network based on Internet.(1) The independent network marketing areas base on the LANs. With the household management company of every residence district as its main body it changes single residence district into an independent LAN through which the users can get shopping information. Its marketing ways are,by present people's shopping psychology ,to combine LANs with other selling ways such as sales on phone and sales on display,the purpose of which is to set up a safe and flexible shopping ways for consumers. This stage is the transition period that confirms to the present network marketing surroundings and consumers' shopping psychology and lays a foundation for setting up true network marketing in the future.(2) The metroplitan area electronic business stations. The LAN of every residence district is changed into an metroplitan area net by special lines,which helps to share all enterprises' resources in the city and expand business scopes of enterprises into the whole city. In this stage,with individual electronic business marketing model kept unchangeable,the electronic business information center is in charge of the running and managing of every residence district.(3) The electronic business network based on Internet. The net stations based on Internet provide all Internet users with shopping services on line.
