The revolution of modern marketing concept is established on the basis of the accelerating productive forces of industrial era, the enriched social wealth, and the increasingly higher level of living standard. There are two characteristic changes: one is the marketing scope breaking through the limit of regional market and expanding into world market, the other is the changing from large scale wholesale into individualized small volume marketing. In the worldwide market, the realization of the individualized marketing, basing on the consumer needs, has become an aim of modern marketing concept.Internet is the outcome of the third technology revolution. It makes use of the modem communication technology to connect PCs all over the world, collecting all the information, storing them, and dispatching them in a flash of time. Internet composes of characteristics of openness, and simulation. Its nature of openness crosses over the time, space, territory and nationality barriers of the world. Within the PC's small and limited space, it gathers world producers and consumers, promoting the development of world market and economic oneness. Its nature of interacting helps businessmen and consumers communicate on the one to one basis, understands the needs of consumers and receives their valuable suggestions in order to provide value-oriented products and services, and realizes the individualization of consumers. Its nature of simulation shortens the back and forth try-outs between producers and consumers, simplifies the in-between connections, thus reduces the production costs and saves social resources. From the producers' point, Internet's low access cost weakens the barriers of entry to the world market, allows small and medium companies to get all the way into fairer competitive environment. From the side of consumers, Internet provides huge volumes of transparent information, thus changes the consumers' passive and inferior positions when confronting producers. Multiplexed choices and individualized services provided by the Internet make it possible for the consumers to have a more free and unique lifestyle, which reflect the consistent human efforts to reach the final goal of social development -" human freedom and liberalization" It is because of this, Internet marketing directly fits into the change of modern marketing concept, and with its strong vitality develops into a new trend of international marketing.Like all newly born things, development of internet marketing causes problems and conflicts with current economic system. The concerns and resolutions of the above issues would lay the foundation of Internet economic development in our country.Electronic information network represent an advanced productive force while Internet marketing is a highly efficient, low-cost, direct objective marketing method. They have brought significant impact to the worldwide trading structure, international trade method, international division of labor and world's resources disposition.
