With the rapid development of domestic economy, the demand of construction engineering market is increasing stably. But because of china's entry of WTO and international construction engineering contractors with advanced technology and management entering china market, the competition in construction market is becoming more and more acute. The Chinese construction enterprises may reform the traditional producing process, organization structure and management mode by implementing BPR. BPR is an effective way to make construction enterprises develop stably.BPR is a strategic management innovation including enterprise strategies, organization structure, enterprise culture, etc. This article studies and probes the application of BPR by using a installation enterprise-CH Company as the research objective. This article refers to Peppard & Rowland, Penjinlin' s BPR models and discusses the BPR method of CH Company. At first, by analyzing the company and the trend of construction industry structure, this article constitutes the goal and mission of CH Company. By SWOT analyzing, this article restructures the development strategy of CH Company and proposes that BPR be the necessary choice. Secondly, according to the value chain and performance/improvement matrix, it chooses the important process of CH Company. Then it analyzes and redesigns the company's important business process. At the same time, it redesigns the company's organization structure and gives advices on information management according to the business process. At last, according to the situation of CH Company, this article summarizes the implementation stages and the effect of BPR. After BPR, the new process management mode has the follow characters: flat structure, marketability process relation, information sharing, concentrating on customers. The purpose of this article is to improve the company's process efficiency, reduce the cost and meet the needs of customers. The final purpose is to improve the competition ability and generate the rapid progress in CH Company.This article has the theoretic and practical meaning to reforming and development of installation enterprises at the same situation. It will be helpful to improve installation industry's competition ability.
