The Research And Realiztion Of Object-Based Structurized Quality Management System

The development of society and the advance of science and the severity of commence competition in globe make customers require of quality more and more. Now the companies have realized high quality products and service are the fundamental assure of customers' confidence and market and victory. The customers require of high quality product and service, the companies need to broaden and occupy market for more profit, so organizations must build the right quality management system and continually promote the quality of product and service.However, actual quality management system has some shortages. So, for building and implementing better quality management system, the dissertation puts forward Object-Based Structurized Quality Management System (OBSQMS) theory for resolving its actuality. OBSQMS theory has four levels: system, process net, process and basic action, and it includes three kinds of object: process net object, process object and basic action object. Then, the dissertation introduces the PDCA management method of OBSQMS including building, running, Monitoring, appraising and continually improving, and analyses the specialty of OBSQMS.The software of Object-Based Structurized Quality management system information system (OBSQMSIS), which adopts the theory of OBSQMS, is designed for the informationalization of quality management system. Then the dissertation describes the modeling technique of OBSQMS and the portraying technique of three kinds of entity of process net entity, process entity and basic action entity, and introduces the method picture modules representing entities visually build the OBSQMS system model. After building the system model, the dissertation measures the general design of input, output and saving and so on, and selected the suited software tools for OBSQMSIS.Finally, the dissertation introduces some key techniques about OBSQMSIS, and gives an example to explain the using procedure of OBSQMSIS.
