With more than 20 years development, Chinese lawyer's industry obtained the enormous score with the substantial advance.The lawyer play important role in many fields,such as economic ,politics and others, promoting the development of the market economy. The lawyer's service already covers finance, securities, real estate, intelligent property right, international trade, anti-dumps, high technology, merger and acquisition ,etc. The total income of lawyer is more than 80 hundred millions RMB every year.At the same time,we can't neglect many problems that Chinese lawyer have to face.Because these problems affect Chinese lawyer's development.Among them, it is a key problem that how can the law firm expand their business.Now the Chinese lawyer is already over the development of simple operation,and began to the marketing operation.As a principal part in the market,the law firm must obtain the ability to fit and control the market.The Chinese lawyer also knows they need the marketing knowledge ,but there is no mature theories of law firm marketing in our country. How can law firm use the method of marketing in a specific way is a key problem that we must solve urgently.This text is about how can the law firm use the method of marketing in a specific way.Firstly, I describes the development and business condition of Chinese lawyer and make SWOT analysis.The analysis expresses the environment to lawyer's development is very good.The threat of the profession is totally low and the results level of the profession is high.So Chinese lawyer's industry is developing in the high speed.Secondly, I analyzes the subdivide index when the law firm make the market subdivides.Law firm should divide customer with same request into same group.In this text ,the whole law service market was divided into many sub-market accord to professional need in law and customer kind.Law firm can choice target market according to own circumstance,then plan and practice marketing strategy aimming at the target market.Thirdly, I discuss the traditional 4Ps -- Product, Price, Path, Promotion in law service market,and also simply discuss the special 3Ps in service marketing-- People,Physical Evidence,Process.The law firm can adopt these method to heighten their own service level and maximum satisfy the customer needs, also they can increase own income.Finally, I simply discuss the strategy that law firm should adopt to expand their business.The textual analysis make the foundation that how can law firm use the scientific method of marketing in a specific way.
