Study On Corporation Strategy Goal Analysis And Control Based On Process

Corporation strategic management has not only in theory, but in practice already made progress remarkably by many years' running. However, according to Fortune, only less 10% of global corporations executed effectively their stratagem. Strategic goals did not analyze effectively, it was one of important reason that induced strategic plan out of joint with strategic implementation. The paper has just studied strategic goals' analysis. Traditionary function partition brought unshakable contradiction to run some enterprises, so the corporations and the academia have realized that not only running enterprises, but strategic implementation of enterprises often based on a series of business processes. The paper firstly put forward a viewpoint that decomposed Strategic goals to a series of business processes, and carried out strategic goals of enterprise by controlling processes, based on constructing processes' goals.The paper analyzed strategic management and strategic goals at present , chose some mature tools to study mainly strategic goals' analyze and controlling which based on processes , put forward my own ways and means, gained productions as follows.Firstly, analyzed effect of achieving strategic goals indicated that strategic implementation played a key role on achieving strategic goals, and indexed strategic goals analysis is an important work before implementing stratagem. Analyzed relationship between strategic goals with stratagem, pointed out that stratagem must be analyze special goals, in order to be in favor of implementing and controlling stratagem.Secondly, studied strategic goals' attribute, brought forward three elements of strategic goals, sum up characteristics of strategic goals,, classified strategic goals into four species according to their logic relationship, so as to construct a intact strategic goals system.Thirdly, summarized traditionary analysis measures of strategic goals, brought forward stepwise analysis measure, put emphases on its step. Put forward firstly a way which is used to decompose strategic goals by Quality Function Deployment (QFD) , then formed processes' goals, processes' child goals, active goals, finally received personal goals. For the sake of these, designed goals analysis table, brought forward detailed calculation method, step, examining principle, , applied synthetically CSF(Critical Success Factors) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process ) during studying course, as so on.Lastly, after contrasting stratagem controlling with strategic goals controlling, put forward that strategic goals controlling was key segment of stratagem controlling, analyzed influencing elements of strategic goals controlling, provided corresponding measures, put forward controlling methods and theirs step , and designed process goals table, which is used as controlling measure by a simple form.
