The Construction Of The Adaptive Supply Chain Net In The Uncertainty Environment

With the increasing of uncertainty and diversity of customer's demand, enterprises have to become permanently adaptive in conditions of volatility. The traditional supply chain doesn't adapt to this condition and results in many problems. So the author puts forward the adaptive supply chain systematically, illustrating the theory of the ASCM and constructing the Adaptive Supply Chain Net with the adaptive IT. The adaptive supply chain can dynamically integrate demand and supply management, target customers to boost revenue, and help to survive in volatile environment.Section 1 of the thesis analyzes the reasons of the adaptive supply chain's raising, by analyzing the background of the adaptive supply chain's raising and supply chain development. In the second section, the author interprets some conceptions relating with the adaptive supply chain. In the following section, the author raises the framework of the adaptive supply chain execution in three parts. Firstly, executing the adaptive supply chain needs three steps. Secondly, the author develops a framework called the Supply Chain Transformation Model, providing a blueprint for achieving the adaptive supply chain. Thirdly, the author presents the technologies that the adaptive supply chain needs. In the fourth part, the thesis brings the great significance of the adaptive supply chain. Finally, the author puts forward some measures to the practices of the adaptive supply chain for our enterprises according to Chinese condition.
