O&IFDI Mutual-Action Model: An Example Of America

By the traditional means of economy, we can study the development rule of FDI from outward and inward respectively. This essay study the action relationship from the angle of interact between outward and inward and try to establish an O&IFDI mutual-action model on the basis of study on the outward and inward of the U.S. Therefore, the author studies the total rise, structure change and economical effect of outward and inward of American FDI firstly, compares and analyzes them from different angles. An important trait of the paper is the try to reveal the change rule of outward and inward of American FDI. The result of analysis can supply new train of thought. In the same time ,the paper analyzes the purpose, condition and mechanism of I&O FDI mutual-action, and extend some policy implication. The author confirms that perfecting the open policy system of our country can draw lessons from the theory and policy, although the analysis is based on the capital flow of America.
