Study On LuBuTan Land Development And Evaluation

According to the requirements and actualities of land's utilization, land development and cleaning-up is to reallocate the soil resources and to simulate the continuable utilization of the soil resources and the continuable development of economics. Soil development and cleaning-up carries out the key measures of the laws of soil management. With China's the entry of WTO, soil development and cleaning-up has become one of the measures of the green box policy, which is to strengthen the basic status of agriculture and effectively promotes the development of rural economics.In order to deeply carry out soil development and cleaning-up and exert its function on optimum collocation of the soil resources, this paper studies the development, cleaning-up design and utilization of Lubotan, on the basic of the research of the basic concepts and theoretical theory analysis of soil development and cleaning-up, the planning and design of soil development and cleaning-up projects, the operational mechanism of soil development and cleaning-up and etc. According to the guidance of economic fundamental principles, this paper utilizes the systems science, sight-ecology, agrology and many other theories and methods related with water conservancy, adopts the methods of representative research and emphasizes the combination qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.This paper studies the following aspects. Firstly, it analyzes current domestic and foreign situations of soil development and cleaning-up and concludes the concepts and theories of soil development and cleaning-up. Secondly, it advances the fundamental principles, contents, basis and procedure. Thirdly, it builds the quality evaluation systems of newly increasedplow lands. Finally, it studies the operational mechanism of soil development and cleaning-up and advances the basic thought of its marketable operation.
