Technology Economic Analysis And Evaluation Of The Army Reconstructed And Restored Project

Army engineering construction means a series of activities of barracks construction ensuring army war preparedness, training, life, production and so an, It is one of important contents of rear service work. Project construction obey strategy objective of national defense construction, and give service to development strategy of national defense and is one part of national capital construction also.After fifty year's construction, the troops barracks and other project facilities have been basically mainly perfect. Due to affect of societal factors and natural conditions, some projects which were built in 1960-1970's have become dangerous houses, and can not be satisfied with residence. For the sake of normal war preparedness, training and life order, It is really necessary to reconstruction or restored dangerous houses.In this paper, the principle and method of technical economics are used in economic analysis and study of reconstruction and restored in army construction engineering. The research results combine theory and practice, and will be used in army projects. In order to increase economic benefit, improve army residence condition, ensure troops engineering construction, the advanced, scientific, suitable and reliable mathematical model and method are presented in this paper.
