West enterprise strategic management came into being in the late 1950's and in the early 1960's, it experienced a start, upsurge, return and development course. China's enterprise strategic management is grown in the cause of both the immense change of the market environment and absorbing sufficiently west strategic management theory. Strategic management of Chinese enterprise at present is growing both in theory and practice, needing advanced explore and research, and summing up a set of theory and method of enterprise strategic management which suit in socialism primary period of our country.This article described difficulties experienced by New Energy Co. one year after its founding. Gas turbine and its cogenerating set is a typical secondly generation energy system equipment. Looked at the aspects of industry policy and requirement inside and outside the country, it's the optimum opportunity for gas turbine generating set exploitation nowadays, but why its selling run into jam, for performance difference, price high, market exploitation disbennifit or demand shortage or not the right time? This article try to analysis its succeed and lost by economy theory in order to find some rule so that finally establish optimum development strategy.In the last part of this article, experiences and lessons have been summarized, through take apart the developmental course of New Energy Co, layout scheme has been put forward for the company of the future. At the same time, through this article, I hope I can apply the knowledge learned from school to solve some practical problems and to enhance the ability on enterprise management and to offer a practical cases in enterprise development strategic research for discussing.
