Mechanism Of Caspian Energy To Develop Dispute Resolution

The Caspian Sea locates at the communication center of the intersection of the Asian and European continent. It isn’t only equipped with extremely important geographically political strategic status, but it widely attract the international societies’ attention. For the purpose of making full use of the energy and fastening the development of the exportation trade further, all the countries and districts in the area and out of the area begin the cooperation generally and make great progress. However, it should be seen that, the Caspian Sea as a new producing area of oil and gas has been the object that all the international power fight for and disturbed and limited by all kinds of political elements. In addition, for the reasons of history and politics of these countries in this area which lead to many disputes, the fight in the cooperation of energy can’t be avoided and even worse. For the better solution of these disputes and development of energy, this article tries to propose my thoughts and hopes to the solution of disputes in the energy cooperation in the Caspian Sea area through the researches about the condition of the energy and resource in the area, the current situation of the cooperation and exploration and modern solution of disputes.This article pays more attentions to the researches of four aspects. Firstly, research the energy and resource, production and exportation rates of the Caspian Sea area in order to confirm the good future of the energy cooperation in this area through the methods of data statistics and analysis; secondly, summarize the current situation of energy exploration and disputes based on what the previous contents mentioned and specify the achievements of energy cooperation and problems and emphasize that the disputes can’t avoid in order to research the features of disputes of energy cooperation in the Caspian Sea area. Thirdly, analyze the possible solution of energy cooperation disputes in the Caspian Sea are with the way of comparison and research the advantages and disadvantages of each solution in order to offer the reference for the construction of the solution of energy cooperation disputes in this area; finally, based on the researches above, put forward the thoughts and overviews for establishing the system of the solution of disputes and build the foundation for the improvement of the system of solution of disputes later.
