| In china, Along with high-speed development of economy the problem of ecological devastation presents worse and worse position. It is a serious and impending problem that keeping ecological devastation within limits, carrying ecological protection into execution, reinforcing ecological construction and realizing sustainable development of ecology, economy and society.In this paper, passing the theoretic and demonstrable analysis of ecological protection legislation, indicating the necessity and possibility of regional ecological protection legislation, and embedded analyzing of the problems in present legislation system, the author bring forward thinking of regional ecological protection law, explicate fundamental principal and system of regional ecological protection law, table suggestions for refining and deepening of regional ecological protection law in theory.
