Consequently, the transnational corporations of petroleum, which are of abundant capital, flexible means of sales and advanced management, will enter the petroleum market of china. As a result, the competition structure will come into being among the following companies: Petrochina Shaanxi Marketing Company, Sinopec Shaanxi Marketing Company, social petroleum marketeer, transnational corporations of petroleum. Under such special background, It is well worth our reflection to make our company grow rapidly. It is time for us to make a big decision as quickly as possible.On the basis of the actual fact of Petrochina Shaanxi Marketing Company and a large quantity of investigation and research. The operating strategy which will be applied to meet the challenges brought out by the competitive market is put forward. Meanwhile, in order to enlarge market share and increase the comprehensive power of competition, the paper proposes a series of functional strategies which is much more detailed in terms of general operating strategy.Nowadays, with the progressive application of the functional strategies.
