In this paper, Which sets Xining Special Steel Co.Ltd. as an object and expounds the strategy of sustainable development for traditional Chinese enterprises. By way of analyzing the internal and external condition and comparing the advantage and disadvantage of the enterprise, this article has expounded the challenges and opportunities facing the enterprise.
