Measuring Equipment Management is an important fundamental and complicated work for the enterprise. With the development of economy and technology, the traditional management mode cannot meet the requirement of modern enterprise. Some problems exist in measuring equipment management of JiGang such as laggard methods, complicated procedures , high cost and low efficiency. How to improve the management is just the work to be solved in this Paper. Based on the theory of Bussiness Process Reengineering a new process flow and a new management mode are designed. MIS of measuring equipment is built with the methods of Object Oriented to support management process of the measuring equipment from selection, purchase and reject.With the implementation of Bussiness Process Reengineering , measuring equipment management of JiGang will reach a new level such as cost reduced, efficiency improved, process simplified and scientific decision making. A scientific, normative and modern management will be realized.
