This article introduces the knowledge of Production & Operation Management, Business Process Reengineering and their development courses simply. Analyses the main problems of Shi Jia Zhuang Special Steel Tubing Plant that is still in the traditional production management. From the micro view, analyses the process of SJZSSTP and proposals reengineering method. Adopting the idea and method of " Business proposals Reengineering" that most corporations pay attention to nowadays, it researches methods of how to promote the power of rival ship remarkably by putting BPR into practice on the background of SJii Jia Zhuang Special Steel Tubing Plant that is still under typical traditional production management and administer sytem. After the implementing of BPR, SJZSSTP has been promoted at these aspects markedly: simplifying organization, cutting stock, improving quality of productions, reducing cost, enlarging the share of market, satisfying buyers rapidly and increasing revenue. The knowledge of statistics, organization behavior and total quality management is used in this article. |
