Lower labour and land fee can meet the transfer need of Taiwan rice industry, animal stock husbandry and fishery, etc. Varieties, technology and fund in Taiwan can be introduced actively to Fujian according to Fujian agricultural development characteristics and deficiencies in order to enhance the cooperation of Fujian and Taiwan, improve the distribution efficiency of rural land resource and increase output of rural land.3.To strengthen market role of optimum distribution of rural land resourcesMarket can produce important effects on the rise of the utilization ration of land resources. Regarding market as a guide, defining right to use the land and perfecting land market can raise utilization benefits. At the same time, according to the need of market economic development, reasonable scale production of rural land and adjustment of agricultural structure should be promoted to increase comparative advantages of rural land resources.
