In this study, 135 entrepreneurs from Hubei Guangdong and Zhejiang were investigated by way of snowball sampling. All of them are married and the performances of their corporation are pretty good. The number of the valid questionnaires returned is 127 including 78 male and 49 female entrepreneurs. When people without entrepreneurship were excluded, the final sample composes of 67 male entrepreneurs and 39 female entrepreneurs, which makes up 63.2 percent and 36.8 percent respectively.Through some statistic analyses such as variance analysis and correlation analysis to the questionnaires , a comparative study of male and female entrepreneurs was carried out on their degree of role balance between job-family conflict their stress and their degree of leadership style balance between their care for work and for staff. At the same time, the correlations among the three variables were also studied. The first conclusion of this research is that, compared to male entrepreneurs, female entrepreneurs are more inclined to balance their social role and family role. Under a certain level of corporation performance, there exists an obvious negative correlation between the female entrepreneurs' degree of the role balance and that of the stress they feel, but there is no correlation to the males. Another conclusion drawn from the research is that, compared to male entrepreneurs, female entrepreneurs are more inclined to keep the balance in their leadership style between their care for work and for staff. Both male and female entrepreneurs' degree of the role balance and the leadership style balance take on a remarkable positive correlation.
