But for the social impact of the gender differences in employment, because the scope of the object is the most widely used, its social functions and effects of the most can not be ignored.According to the differences of employment has become increasingly prominent, choice of national regional scope, using the Gannan sixth census and the fifth census in the employment related data, calculated by using descriptive statistical analysis and Duncan index estimates Gannan occupation and industry occupation segregation and industry isolate degree,The two census years are introduced between Gannan and the employment situation, the gender differences in Gannan are employment phenomenon, compared to2000,2010in Gannan, the employment of different sexes tends to expand, the party and government, organs and enterprises responsible person is the most obvious occupation, public management and social organization is the most obvious industry occupation,On the basis of it, measured the difference of the regional industry and occupation in Gannan, between the male and female,but the county specific circumstances in different conclusions, and further through the calculation of the Gannan occupation between the male and the employment shift share occupation and achievement motivation models, discussed the factors affecting the employment of gender differences in the region, and finally puts forward some related suggestions to improve and adjust for the Gannan state employment sex differences between male and female.
