| After 1990s, Interior organizational Structure of Transnational Corporations ,that are in the important position of the international economy, is going through the change from "symmetrical hiberarchy " to "network structure ".This is a strategic transition in order to respond to economic globalization and increasing competition environment of the world. After analysing this trend of the TNCs' organizational structure, this paper indicates: enhancement of the environmental uncertainty, competitive pressure of industrial globalization and physical condition that is offered by informational technology are the exterior driving factor of network structure of TNCs. In the other side, the elevation of oneself transnational operation level nowadays, implementing "transnational strategy", the globalization of the source of gaining resource under the new business model and global learning of TNCs are ulterior driving-strength for this trend.Compared to "symmetrical hiberarchy ", network structure has many remarkable characters, including multidimensional crossing but not have regular structure, the cadre of moderately scattered assets and resources, specializational and different subsidiary, interdependent and a large number of demand of global coordination and resources flowing along many directions. And this special character makes network structure can respond to global efficiency and local difference at the same time, improve key subsidiary's ability, strengthen strategic flexibility and obtain key resources through many channels.Industrial globalization and the increasing competition of domestic market impel China overseas investment enterprises to form the new investment mode of promoting the international competitive advantage by investing to obtain key resources. And the network structure of the TNCs has meaning of reference very much for Chinese enterprises that adopt such new overseas investment mode. Through multidimensional gradual progress and changing his organizational form constantly, China overseas investment enterprise can evolve from "the multidimension crossing structure" to "integrated network structure" gradually. |
