Due to the arrival of information century, it leads the complication of competition globally. The Enterprise should have corresponding reaction so as to achieve the better business benefit. At the same time, the enterprise found that the traditional management skill is not workable. The expert stated that many people have learnt the most excellent training in management, but they need to face the new challenge on leadership. So, the purpose of a coach is to help people in the development of skill and behaviour, which was different from what they learnt in the past.In 21st Century, human resource is the very important resource of an enterprise. The management of a corporate has shifted their focus from the business profit to the human resource. Corporate leaders have changed their role as expertise in communication, leadership and change. They also put themselves into the team to understand the team, to practice the assigning authority, to empower themselves to achieve the goal, to develop the potential of the staff, to lead the staff to shift themselves to face the impact of the high risk environment so as to achieve economic benefit. So, Coaching was a way to achieve this goal.Principle of Coaching was empowering. It has empowered people to keep the spirit of moving and enhancement. The Spirit of Coaching was to "WIN" and it was a kind of spirit to achieve success. When China entered WTO, China Enterprises met a great chance. Through a series of training in coaching, including emotional and knowledgeable, the enterprises could have better development and better life.
