Igniting Chinese rural consumption market, and cultivating it into the new focus-spot of consumption to promote Chinese rural consumption increase stably, is not only the key point to guide the rapid growth of the consumption in Chinese country presently, but also the basic guarantee to Chinese national economic develop healthily. The purpose of this research is to pursue an igniting mechanism of Chinese rural consumption market, which is helpful to the coordinate development of agriculture and industry, urban and rural as a whole. Therefore, the author has built the igniting mechanism model of Chinese rural consumption market, and suggest that the peasant household's income increase mechanism, the enterprises' customer value transfer lifting mechanism and the government function transfer mechanism are three sides of triangle, while the rural consumption market is the circumscribed circle of this triangle, among them the peasant household's income increase system is the power mechanism, the enterprises' customer value transfer lifting system is the permeating mechanism , the government function transfer system is the catalysis mechanism , only the three sides develop coordinately , can the " circle " of Chinese rural consumption market be put on airs and done well .The thesis includes seven chapters totally: First chapter: Introduction. Chiefly explains background of topic selection, research purpose and meaning, home and abroad research trends, and study trains of thought and method as well as the innovation points of the thesis.Second chapter: The present situation analysis to Chinese rural consumption market. Above all, the analysis has been done to the concept and characteristic of rural consumption market; then the fatigued and weak condition in Chinese rural consumption both in life consuming and production consuming have been analyzed from aggregate consumption and its structure; finally follows the analysis to the huge potential capacity of Chinese rural consumption market from aggregate demand and its structure.
