On The Optimization And Adjustment Of Energy Structure And Sustainable Development Of Shan-dong

As the major province in the production and consumption of energy, Shan-dong' energy structure with the characteristics of producing and consuming of coal has led to of low efficiency and high consumption in energy utilization as well as serious ecological environment. With the progress of modern construction, there will be an increasing needing for fine energy and for the improvement of ecological environment. So the optimization and adjustment of energy structure of Shan-dong is not only a strategical choice for the sustainable supply of fine energy for modern construction, but also the necessary measure for the improvement of ecological environment for the sake of whole construction of "xiao-kang" society. Based on the real conditions of Shan-dong province, with the guidance of sustainable development stratagem, the thesis expounded the strategical measures on the optimization and adjustment of energy structure , with the following four parts:Part one: expoundation on the optimization and adjustment of energy structure and sustainable development. After reviewing of the history of energy structure and studying of energy, the part analyzed the internal connection between energy structure and sustainable development. It explained the significance and purpose of the thesis, with the consideration of background of the adjustment in Shan-dong' energy structure as well as at home and abroad.Part two: the problems of Shan-dong' energy structure and its influence on sustainable development. The part ,with the explicit datum, analyzed the problems of Shan-dong' energy structure and its serious results in the constraint ofShan-dong' sustainable development in the future .It also emphasized the strategy of the adjustment of energy structure in the Shan-dong' sustainable development.Part three: technological and economic analyse on the adjustment of Shan-dong' energy structure. From the method of quantity and quality, the thesis technologically and economically analyzed coal, petroleum, gas , nuclear energy and reproducible energy, comprehensively compared environmental effect and economic cost, and further pointed out the direction and method of the adjustment of Shan-dong' energy structure.Part four: Strategical ideas on the optimization and adjustment of Shan-dong' energy structure. The strategical ideas are "emphasis on using clean coal and gas, guarantee on the safe supply of petroleum, building the multiplicate road of energy supply ", solution and measures of which were made.In sum, with the analytic methods of quantity and quality, economies and technology, actuality and forecast, the thesis deeply and systematically studied the long-term and meddium-term development strategy of the optimization and adjustment of Shan-dong' energy structure, with characteristics of creativity and reality significance.
