Study On Strategy Of The North Of Shanxi Province Sustainable Development

Sustainable development is widely accepted as a newly conception of development. It is important to less-developed region that how to make regional developing. Every province of western China must thinks it over that how to catch the chance which the policy of 揹eveloping the western areas?offers, develop special economies based on its own conditions and reality of developing.The north of Shan抶i province has superiority in resources of energy and mineral, but it falls behind in social-economies, the soil and water losses, wind erosion and soil desertion have destroy the balance of ecosystem, so the study on how to make the region achieve sustainable development has important significance. The paper apply the theory of developing economy and regional sustainable development to studying present regional structure and developing stage, to analyzing the existing problem of sustainable development, then put out the way and model of developing region social-economies. Main conclusions are drawn as follows:1.It exists serious non-harmony and un-integration in regional structure, rich resources , fragile environment and laggard social-economies are the main features;2.Regional developing can抰 transcendence the stage of labor-intensive industrialization, but that conflicts with what region抯 should be in the whole country, multi-estate structure maybe the solution;3.Regional sustainable development should emphasize some aspects with coordinating every aspects of region developing, and which should be based on stimulating market with human resources utilizing;4.It is important for region sustainable development to stimulate multishareholder to participate energy development zone erection and restructure environment, but it should be referred that the later must combine with socialeconomies developing.
