Shandong is a large agricultural province, but the development of agriculture is uneven, the regional disparity is relatively large among the east, the middle and the west; At the same time,in the agricultural development of different regions some questions are exposed, such as the peasants' cutural quality is lower; science and technology are not put into proper practice; the information channel is not fluent; the ability to dominate the market is poor, and the government has questions of strong mandatory and weak guidance in guiding agricultural production as well. According to comparative advantage theory in regional economics and industrial structure theory, related theory and industrial organization theory in industrial economics, this thesis carrys on the analysis and research of existing problems of the agricultural structure in different areas, and finds out the antidote on the basis of analysing and researching. In the eastern area, people should lay stress on improving the quality of the products, amplifying their own technological advantages, creating their own brands, carrying out domestic standards in line with international ones, and making great efforts to open the foreign market; People in vegetables producing and circulating area of the middle part represented by Shouguang should strengthen the scientific and technological content of vegetables industry further, carry on deep processing to vegetables products , raise added value , make original products, preliminary working and deep processed products to be a scale, make the vegetables market large and powerful. People in the producing area of planting and breeding in the west of Shandong province represented by Caoxian Should ameliorate the production technology further, improve the quality and output of agricultural products , on the premise of guaranteeing grain's security. People should develop preliminary working and deep processing of agricultural products and form certain scale mileage, form the representative brand in the area, thus the peasants will increase production and revenue.
