Research On Management Strategy In Enterprises Of Architectural Design In High-Education Institutions

Enterprises of architectural design in high-education institutions (generally named: Institute of Architectural Design) are professional institutions of architectural design that are based on combined strengths of relevant departments and specialties in construction, structure and equipment. Great accomplishments have been made consistently by these enterprises on the domestic construction market.However, due to the problems of their own in management, talent utilization and technology innovation, they are facing with the immediate and serious task of how to improve their own strength in order to compete with the huge in-flux of foreign based companies into the Chinese market.The thesis conducts research and analysis on development strategy of Chinese enterprises of architectural design in high-education institutions using the model of Institute of Architectural Design, Tianjin University and its counterparts across the nation. The approaches are based on theories of marketing and enterprise management strategy in quantitative and qualitative measures.In the meantime, the paper also puts forward suggestions on the future direction and approaches for the development of the above-mentioned enterprises by means of analyzing several current problems. It concludes with the tactical analysis on the development strategy of Tianjin University's Institute of Architectural Design with elaborations on the importance of Measures to Improve the Development of Enterprises of Architectural Design in high-education institutions by means of analyzing the structural design.
