Diversification Of Agricultural High-tech Enterprise Development Strategy Research

The high-tech agricultural enterprises in China shoulder the mission of upgrading agricultural economy and involving the international competition. One of the strategic options that a lot of large-sized enterprises take nowadays is multiple development strategy. Possessing the advantages of talented people, capital and policies on tax, loan, andmarket protection, which make the enterprises possible to take the strategic option of multiple development and realize the principle of multiple operation and effect easily. The multi-operation is in the position of exploration stage in high-tech agricultural enterprises in China, if a enterprise ignores to raise its key competition and over-do on some non-multiple strategic policy, the goal of the enterprise may not be realized smoothly.There are 5 chapters in this thesis. At first chapter, the research background information, research topics, structure, methods and research trends home and abroad are presented. Under the above-mentioned basis, in the next chapter, the significance, current status, and problems of carrying on diversification in high-tech agricultural enterprises are analyzed, and the theories and development course concerning some typical enterprises are reviewed. Then the author puts forward precise economic analysis andscientific strategic decision-making is the pre-condition before the diversification strategy is taken by the high-tech agricultural enterprises. In the next, the author points out how to boycott the allurement of bad market opportunities and treat the economic analyzing results dynamically, and strengthen the risk consciousness, raise competing advantage and key competitions. Finally, some cases are presented put forth the integration research conclusion of " Taking up with main business, promote diversification strategy step by step under the pre-condition of having established key competition advantage" , and related specific design.
